Cancellations and returns
For standard online purchases, UK customers generally have 14 days from receiving their order to notify us that they wish to cancel. Customers then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions may apply where permitted by law.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or faulty prints
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the problem. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage where permitted by law, provided this requirement was made clear before purchase. We will cover reasonable return costs where required for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe.
